1. Cancellations
You may request an order cancellation before it is dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at [email protected] with your Order ID.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personal nature of our products (perfumes and Itra), we only accept returns or exchanges if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery, along with unboxing photos or videos as proof.
3. Refunds
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, typically 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been opened, used, or altered are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
